Camborne Horse Show Rules and Regulations
                   
1.      All competitors/riders whilst mounted must wear a skullcap or riding hat to UK specifications. PAS015, EN1384 or (USA) ASTMF I 163, or the required standard approved by their own governing body under whose rules they are exhibiting.
2.      The committee reserve the right to refuse entry and their decision is final.
3.      The committee and Landowner will not be responsible for any accident, loss of property or otherwise howsoever arising from any cause connected with the show and it is a condition of entry that exhibitors shall hold the committee blameless and indemnifies them against any loss, damage or legal proceedings.
4.      Competitors must make any objection or protest to the secretary’s office/tent in writing within 30 minutes of the cessation of the class, with a deposit of £20 which may or may not be returned at the committee’s discretion.
5.      Nominee entries cannot be accepted.
6.      Official certificates of measurement regarding the height of horses will be accepted.
7.      The show is affiliated to (BSJA, BSPS S.H.B.GB). The show and competitors will be bound by the rules of the respective body.
8.      Prize money may be restricted dependant on the number of entries in accordance with B.S.J.A rules.
9.      Showing classes prize money will be awarded as follows:
Entries (1 to 3) (1st  place only). (1 to 5)  (1 and 2nd) (6 or more)  (1, 2 and 3rd).
10. The judge reserves the right not to automatically place entries due entirely to the number of entries and may not place an entry considered not of the desired standard.     
11.  The Judges decision is final.
12.  A reponsible adult must accompany minors at the show.
13.  Minors must not be allowed to lead or sit on horses or ponies that are stallions whilst at the show.
14.  Stallions must be supervised by a responsible adult or boxed while not competing at the show.
15.  Perpetual cups won this year must be returned by June 30th   the following year in good condition.
16.  The committee reserves the right to pay any or all prize money by cheque.
17  No entry will be accepted unless received on an official entry form (including address, postcode and Tel No) signed accepting these rules and regulations.
18.  All dogs must be kept on a lead while not showing.
19.  Refunds can only be given on production of Veterinary or medical certificate Refunds may not be allowed due to missed classes.  
HEALTH AND SAFETY
The committee has taken all reasonable precaution to ensure the health, safety and welfare of all those attending this show.
Members of the public and competitors are equally responsible for ensuring they neither put themselves other persons or animals at risk and Co-operate with the organisers in compliance with Health and Safety Legislation
